All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping

We ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote areas. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Danner boots and footwear. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once worn or used:

  • Safety Toe Footwear (due to safety certification requirements after wear).
  • Tactical/Military custom-ordered items.
  • Any products without original tags or packaging.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Note: Based on our product menu, this includes items from categories like Safety Toe Footwear and Tactical/Military if they are custom-ordered or worn.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please do not send anything back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item in its original packaging, include all documentation, and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The timing of when your refund is credited depends on your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to your original PayPal account.

Note: Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account once they receive the transaction from us.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above.
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the preferred size, color, or style.
  • We will ship the replacement item once we receive and process your return.
  • If the exchange item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
  • If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference.

Defective or Incorrect Items
