Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Returned within 15 days of the delivery date
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons:
- Safety Toe Footwear (once worn due to safety certification requirements)
- Tactical/Military custom-ordered items
- Any products without original tags or packaging
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please do not send anything back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item in its original packaging, include all documentation, and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The timing of when your refund is credited depends on your original payment method:

Exchanges
For exchanges:

- If the exchange item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference
Defective or Incorrect Items

International Returns
For our international customers (excluding Asia and select remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
